Exchanges and Returns

You have up to 14 daysfrom delivery to request a response.

Manage everything independently directly from your Matinée customer account, quickly and easily.

👉Log in to your customer accountto view your orders and start the return process. Once you submit your request, you'll receive an email with instructions for shipping your return. The item must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and complete with its original tags .

Return shipping

• The customer will arrange for the return shipment using a courier of their choice.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, for both domestic and international orders.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure timely delivery.
  

Changes

Matinée does not exchangesizes or products.

If you wish to receive another item, you can simply place a new order after completing the return.

Reimbursement

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The refunded amount will be net of any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase , which will not be refunded.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the process is complete.
